The Casablanca Founders Club recognizes the first 25 qualifying residents to complete Casablanca's leasing requirements during our Founding Season. Those residents will receive the official Founding Resident™ designation and become members of the Casablanca Founders Club.

How To Become A Founding Resident™

To become a Founding Resident™ and member of the Casablanca Founders Club, a prospective resident must complete all required leasing requirements and be among the first 25 qualifying residents to do so.

Rental application completed.
Application approved.
Residential lease fully executed by all required parties.
All required deposits received.
First month's rent received.
All other required initial move-in funds received.
All requirements completed by [FOUNDERS CLUB DEADLINE].
Confirmed among the first 25 qualifying residents to complete all required steps.

Submitting an application, receiving rental approval, touring Casablanca, selecting a residence, paying a deposit, or signing a lease alone does not secure a Founders Club position. Founding Resident™ status is confirmed only after all required leasing and initial financial obligations have been completed.
