Official Rules & Promotion Terms
These Official Rules explain the Passport to Casablanca™ campaign framework and participation terms currently in effect.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, LEASE, RENTAL APPLICATION, OR RENTAL APPROVAL IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN FOR STAMPS ONE THROUGH FOUR.
Founding Resident™ / Casablanca Founders Club (Stamp Five) is leasing-based and has separate qualification requirements. Curated Casablanca Getaway for Two legal language is pending ownership-approved publication.
The Passport to Casablanca™ – Founding Season campaign ("Promotion") is sponsored by Frontier Acquisition & Management, LLC ("Sponsor"), the management company for Casablanca of Wildwood.
These Official Sweepstakes Rules ("Official Rules") govern Passport to Casablanca™ promotions conducted by Sponsor.
By participating in any Passport to Casablanca™ promotion, each participant ("Entrant") fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
The Passport to Casablanca™ Founding Season consists of five promotional opportunities conducted during Casablanca of Wildwood’s initial marketing and lease-up period.
Each promotional opportunity will begin and end on dates announced by Sponsor through Casablanca’s website, email communications, or official marketing materials.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify promotion dates, drawing dates, event dates, or promotional periods due to construction schedules, permitting, weather, supply chain delays, governmental actions, operational needs, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
Promotions are open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and legally eligible to enter into a residential lease agreement.
Employees of Sponsor; owners, officers, directors, and managers of Sponsor; employees of affiliated entities; immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling); and members of the same household of any of the above are not eligible.
Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
No purchase, payment, lease execution, rental application fee, or residency is required to enter or win Casablanca Insider™, Founding Insider™, VIP Guest™, or Experience Casablanca™ sweepstakes, except where specific participation requirements are listed for the applicable promotional opportunity.
Participation in any Casablanca promotion does not increase an individual’s chances of qualifying for residency.
Stamp One – Casablanca Insider™: Entrants receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by completing the Casablanca Insider registration form. Prize: one (1) $50 Amazon Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $50. Limit one (1) entry per individual.
Stamp Two – Founding Insider™: Entrants receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by completing the Founding Insider registration form. Prize: one (1) $100 Amazon Gift Card. ARV: $100. Only the first one hundred (100) completed Founding Insider registrations receive Founding Insider recognition. Any live website counter is informational only. Sponsor records control availability.
Stamp Three – VIP Guest™: Entrants receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by reserving and completing an approved VIP Tour. Prize: one (1) Premium Luggage Set. Failure to attend a scheduled VIP Tour results in no sweepstakes entry.
Stamp Four – Experience Casablanca™: Entrants receive one (1) sweepstakes entry by attending the Grand Opening event and completing event registration. Prize: one (1) $250 Amazon Gift Card. The first fifty (50) registered attendees may receive a Casablanca luggage tag while supplies last.
Stamp Five – Founding Resident™ / Casablanca Founders Club: This is a leasing-based designation. Qualification is limited to the first twenty-five (25) qualifying residents who complete all required leasing and initial financial requirements by [FOUNDERS CLUB DEADLINE], as determined solely by Sponsor records.
Curated Casablanca Getaway for Two: This opportunity is exclusive to confirmed Founding Residents / Casablanca Founders Club members. Final legal language, drawing details, eligibility terms, prize information, and restrictions are pending ownership-approved publication.
Winners for promotional sweepstakes will be selected in random drawings conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s designated representative from all eligible entries received during the applicable promotional period. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Participation in any Passport to Casablanca™ promotion does not reserve an apartment, guarantee apartment availability, guarantee rental pricing, guarantee lease approval, waive rental criteria, or create any contractual right to residency.
All prospective residents must satisfy Casablanca of Wildwood’s standard rental qualification requirements, including income verification, credit review, criminal background screening, rental history review, occupancy standards, and all other leasing policies in effect at the time of application.
Casablanca of Wildwood and Frontier Acquisition & Management, LLC are committed to Equal Housing Opportunity. All promotions are administered in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.
Participation in any promotion shall not affect leasing decisions, which are made solely in accordance with applicable fair housing requirements and established rental qualification standards.
Founders Club deadline, Curated Casablanca Getaway for Two promotional legal language, and related disclosure wording remain pending ownership approval and publication. Until then, Founders Club requirements are described on the Passport page for informational purposes only.
