Casablanca offers thoughtfully designed two- and three-bedroom homes. Current floor plans, pricing and availability details are available on the Residences and Leasing pages and are updated as approvals are finalized.
Will fees and move-in costs be posted?
Yes. Required fees, deposits, utility responsibilities and renters-insurance requirements are shared on the Leasing and Residences pages and remain subject to final approval and lease documentation.
How can I schedule a tour?
Use the Leasing page to request information. Self-guided tours, personal appointments and virtual assistance are available as scheduling and operations are finalized.
What smart-living features are included?
Casablanca is designed around connected convenience, app-based access and a simplified resident experience. Current Smart Living details are available on the Smart Living and Leasing pages.
Is Casablanca pet-friendly?
Yes. Casablanca is planned with pet-friendly living in mind, including two dog parks and a pet-wash station. Final pet policy details will be shared before leasing opens.
